Orchard / Production Shift Manager
Step into a unique leadership role that blends orchard with seasonal packing operations. We're looking for an experienced Orchard/Shift Manager to join our kiwifruit team based in Patumahoe, South Auckland. This is a varied, full-time permanent role that combines orchard leadership throughout the growing season with a key shift manager position during our three-month packing season.

Are you a Health & Safety specialist with a passion for wellbeing? This is an exciting opportunity to take our well-established health, safety and wellbeing strategies to the next level.
Handyman & Groundskeeper
We're looking for a practical, hands-on person to maintain and care for our facilities and grounds. This role involves a mix of general repairs, preventative maintenance, and outdoor work to ensure our property is well-kept and operational.
Loadouts Coordinator
This role is key to ensuring smooth and accurate kiwifruit loadouts and supporting coolstore operations. You'll work closely with the Assistant Coolstore Managers to maintain product quality, coordinate loadouts, and provide administrative support.

Welcome backpackers
Punchbowl is a backpacker-friendly site and welcomes travellers from all over the world to come and experience life working in New Zealand’s Kiwifruit industry. We can provide a diverse range of packhouse and orchard-based positions for our backpackers to provide full exposure to them during their stay with us. We offer limited worker accommodation, which includes private or shared rooms, communal kitchen facilities, a common room with TV, Wifi access, laundry and bathroom facilities.
