  • Use this form to provide your details to your employer if you are:

    • starting new employment
    • an existing employee and want to opt into KiwiSaver
    • a KiwiSaver member and want to change your
    • contribution rate.
    To be eligible to join KiwiSaver you must:
    • Live, or normally live in New Zealand, and
    • be a New Zealand citizen, or entitled to stay in New Zealand indefinitely.
    You are not required to be auto enrolled when starting a new job if you are under the age of 18 or you are over the age of eligibility for New Zealand Superannuation (currently 65).

  • Purpose
    To communicate the commitment of Punchbowl Group; Punchbowl PackCo Ltd., Punchbowl Investment Ltd., Punchbowl Packaging Ltd., UPNZ Ltd.,(hereinafter referred to as Punchbowl) Management to excellence in occupational safety and health through effective policies, procedures, practices and employee involvement.

    Punchbowl acknowledges its safety and health responsibilities ranking them equally with other business objectives.

    Our commitment is:

    • To comply with relevant safety and health legislation.
    • To create a drug free working environment.
    • To make all Managers and Supervisory Staff accountable for safety and health in their relevant areas of responsibility.
    • To establish safe working procedures and train staff to understand and follow these procedures.
    • To focus on a continuous program of improvement in relation to safety and health performance.
    • To develop the commitment of all staff to a personal responsibility for their own and others safety and health.
    • Develop systems to accurately report and record all near misses, accidents plus monitor all insurance claims.
    • Involve employees and employee representatives to assist in the development and implementation of the OH&S program
    • To provide appropriate rehabilitation where applicable and support the return to work of any employees injured in the workplace.
    • We will take all practical steps to ensure the safety of all contractors and visitors.

    Responsibilities:
    Every individual staff member has an important role to ensure their own safety and that of others by performing all work in a safe manner.
